During her tenure as a Senior Attorney Advisor at SBA, Laura worked on a wide range of issues related to the 8(a) Business Development program, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern program, Women-Owned Small Business program, and HUBZone program. Laura also served as legal advisor to Agency officials regarding suspension and debarment matters and SBA’s internal contracting procedures. Meagan Guerzon has been a Senior Attorney in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Procurement Law since 2009. Meagan advises and supports SBA’s Area Offices of Government Contracting with respect to size protest and appeal matters. Meagan also advises SBA’s contracting officers and represents the Agency before SBA’s Office of Hearings and Appeals, the U.S. Government Accountability Office, and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals.
