During his twenty-five year legal career, Paul Cognac has served and been recognized as a Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He has also served as a federal prosecutor in the District of Alaska and the Northern District of Georgia. Paul is admitted to the Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Eleventh Circuits, and the federal district courts in Alaska and Georgia.
One of Paul specialites is in complex white-collar litigation including procurement fraud. Paul also has executive management experience as an Assistant Vice-President of a corporate investigations firm where he led internal investigations for corporate clients facing government agency inquiries and litigation.
Paul’s extensive experience includes litigating over 475 cases in federal court, and he is steadfastly dedicated to advantageous client outcomes.
