Teresa Dawkins

Associate Attorney

Teresa Dawkins is a lifelong Alaskan with recent ties to the United Kingdom. Her diverse experience includes providing legal advice to local small businesses in contract law and as a planning prosecution officer in London specializing in U.K. planning law. Teresa is also a certified mediator in both countries.

Teresa received her undergraduate and master’s degrees at Eastern Washington University in social work. Before transitioning to the legal field, she practiced as a licensed clinical social worker for several years, including time at the Alaska Native Medical Center. Teresa graduated Cum Laude from Saint Thomas School of Law with her Juris Doctor. She was actively involved with the international moot court team and was published in the school’s Complex Litigation law review. Teresa is also Native American with lineage from the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux tribe. She is thrilled to return to Alaska and join the Outlook Law team.
