Biz Con Alliance—A Fruitful Discussion on Model Deviation FAR Part 19

I was pleased to speak at Biz Con Alliance 2025 on Model Deviation FAR Part 19. I was a featured panelist, along with John Dicus, on the legal implications and practical effects of the Model Deviation FAR Part 19 on Small Businesses. The panel was well-received with many conference participants actively engaged—even after the panel—about the discussion topic and potential ramifications. The topic was exceptionally timely and the audience was ready for presenters known nationally for the ability to translate complicated processes, such as the Model Deviation process coupled with the Class Deviations, into real word effects for small businesses in real time by examining the Model Deviation.
